SAT 18 May  2024 – Taste Cheshire Local Producers’ Market on Chester Town Hall Square – approx 10am – 4pm

The items listed below can be ordered for collection from my home between 3 pm and 6 pm on Sat 27 Apr.   If you haven’t been here before I will send directions when I confirm your order.

Please try to order by Thursday evening.  I will accept later orders when possible.

Should I have items left over from the market in Saughall, these will be available for you to snap up on my doorstep at a reduced price.

CAKES

Harry’s cake – for lovers of nuts, ginger and cherries £18 per kg.  Cakes weigh +/- 500g. 1/2 cakes also available

SAVOURIES

Savoury brioche tart (veggie) with sharp cheddar, tomatoes, onions, spinach and basil  - £3.70 per 1/4 tart (enough for 2 average portions); £7.20 per 1/2 tart; £13.00 per whole tart.

Parsnip and cashew nut roast (veggie) – £6 each or 2 for £11.  Suitable for home-freezing.  Each roast serves 2 generous portions.

Chestnut and mushroom roast (veggie)  - £6 each or 2 for £11.  Suitable for home-freezing.  Each roast serves 2 generous portions.

Sausage roll with Pen y Lan free-range rare-breed pork and onions and sage from my garden.  More (avg 130g) filling but now with less pastry. £3.00
