Handmade Giant Teacakes

If you would like to collect from my home in CH2 between 3pm and 6pm on SATURDAY 28 MAY  or request a free local delivery please place your order by e-mail or phone as soon as possible. If you haven’t been here before I’ll supply directions when I confirm your order.  Any volunteers to help with deliveries will be appreciated.

Soft butter rolls (in bags of six) – £3.00.  Give your burger a decent home! Whip out of the freezer when you next have a BBQ.

GENUINE SOURDOUGH WHOLEGRAIN ‘HEAVIES’ (naturally leavened without bakers’ yeast)

Harry’s Cake - for lovers of nuts and stem ginger £16.00 per kg. Whole cakes cost between £7.50 and £9.00.  Half-cakes are also available.  Will keep for at least a month in your fridge.

SAVOURIES

Mac ‘n Black – Ready meal for one person in a ceramic dish to re-heat in your oven or microwave. Macaroni with black pudding from Pen y Lan (Wrexham) free-range rare-breed pigs, chorizo, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach in a creamy béchamel sauce topped with extra-mature cheddar cheese.  350g – £4.50. Will keep in your fridge until Wednesday evening. Please return the ceramic dish.

Macaroni with smoked haddock, fresh fennel, fennel seeds and spinach in a creamy béchamel sauce topped with extra-mature cheddar cheese.  350g – £4.50. Will keep in your fridge until Wednesday evening. Please return the ceramic dish.

Savoury Brioche Tart with tomatoes and basil or broccoli and stilton.   Whole rectangular tart – £13 (approx 30 x 20 x 2.5 cm).  Half rectangular tart £7. Quarter rectangular tart £3.60.  One quarter is sufficient for two portions. Will keep in your fridge until Wednesday evening and can be frozen for up to 6 months. Eat cold or re-heat. Suitable for veggies but not vegans.
